We are currently seeking a Customer Support Analyst to join our dynamic team in Englewood Cliffs, NJ as part of the HA Regional OM Team!


The Customer Support Analyst of order management, position requirements are to execute timely allotments of customer purchase orders from the receipt of the order to delivery to the customer (tracking of orders may be required)
Coordination with related departments also is required to ensure on time delivery in accordance with customer requirements (Requested Delivery Date)
Support all actions that required analysis and proactively prevent and correct actions in order to prevent delays in filling purchase order requirements (inventory release)
Coordination with related departments to process the orders that may be on monetary hold and confirm releasing in order to fully process if not release initiate contact with Sales in order to provide updates
Maintain a clear and concise communication with Sales and Customer consistently
Attend Weekly Regional Meetings to enable the team to review the information as well as offer feedback, to ensure we are aware of any issues, that may have occur that would hinder any orders being process
