The role

Supervise a core function within the Customer Service Department. Resolves complex customer issues that are beyond the scope of the Customer Service Representatives and Customer Service Specialists. Drives the productivity of the team while helping to deliver Best in Class Customer Service to both internal and external customers. Drives continuous improvement of processes and results. Partners with direct leadership and business leaders to identify and resolve business issues related to customer satisfaction. Establish measurement systems and accountability of team members. Coaching and development of Customer Service Team. Ensures that staff receives the necessary resources and training to deliver effective services. Generates and analyze reports to track results and efficiency of the team. Provide input and deliver Performance Reviews to align the team toward company values and success.
